
SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING RATES
All orders are shipped using Standard Domestic Ground Shipping via the U.S. Postal Service (US$6.00 is our standard domestic shipping rate). We require tracking information for each order, and signature for receipt of order. CrystalsCrystals.com accepts no responsibility for lost packages if delivery has been confirmed at the destination and a signature received. WHY SIGNATURE REQUIRED? All orders are shipped trackable, "signature required" for your protection. There are no exceptions to this requirement, absent client request. CrystalsCrystals.com is happy to ship to you via Federal Express, UPS, etc., using your account number with your written request and permission.
BUY NOW BUTTONS: (Sample Closeout Sales): During checkout a base Standard Domestic Shipping charge of US$6.00 will be added to the order. CrystalsCrystals pays CA tax on all orders under $100.00. Standard Domestic Shipping and CA state tax is automatically added during checkout to all orders over $100.00. Shipping charges must be paid before an order can be shipped. When an order requires additional shipping or insurance charges, you will be notified by Customer Care immediately either telephonically or by email.
CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX: CrystalsCrystals.com is not a wholesaler. All orders are offered through BUY NOW buttons. BUY NOW buttons are configured specifically by item, and will add: 1) the base domestic shipping charge, or both 1) the base standard domestic shipping charge of $6.00, and 2) CALIFORNIA state sales tax (7.75%).
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:
Once your order has been funded and approved you'll receive a confirmation email with details including your order number. When you order is shipped you will receive a confirming of shipping email containing tracking information.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please email us to discuss the details and specifics of your order. If necessary, you may be contacted with additional questions regarding specific preferences for your order. We strive to make sure that you are happy, and want to be SURE that you'll recieve EXACTLY what you want, when and where you want it to arrive. If we are in doubt about any aspect of your order, we will contact you for confirmation of details before shipping.
PACKAGING
All CrystalsCrystals orders are custom gift wrapped and arrive ready for display or gift giving.

FEDERAL EXPRESS:
In the event that you want your item shipped via Federal Express, CrystalsCrystals.com customer service will obtain a Courtesy Shipping Quote for your shipment. Upon shipping, you will receive an electronic confirmation of shipping containing the tracking information for your ease of tracking your shipment at all times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Next day air shipping is available. ALL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES related to shipment are paid by RECIPIENT. With written permission, CrystalsCrystals.com is happy to ship your order using your RECIPIENT Federal Express Account, or your other desired shipping method.

SPECIAL HANDLING:
Please e-mail sales@crystalscrystals.com to request special handling for your order. We can get your order to you where you want it and by the time you want it. We're good at that, just let us know where you will be and when you want it to arrive.

ADDING ADDITIONAL POSTAGE:
Should your order require additional postage, conveniently use PayPal to add additional funds to your order. Visit PayPal and click on the SEND MONEY option to add additional shipping fees for your order. Send your payment to: sales@crystalscrystals.com. In the "COMMENTS" section of your PayPal payment screen, please type in: Additional Postage from ... and let us know who you are and the item your payment relates. If your order is being held for postage due, you will receive a courtesy reminder email. When payment is verified your order will be shipped. Confirmation of shipment will be emailed to you immediately.
RETURNS:
MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED TO CrystalsCrystals.com FOR A COMPLETE REFUND FOR ANY REASON WITHIN (7) CALENDAR DAYS OF "SIGNED FOR DELIVERY DATE" AND A REFUND WILL BE PROCEDD WITHIN SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED IN "SAME AS SHIPPED" CONDITION.
