SHIPPING RATES AND SALES TAX

Items are shipped by the First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground delivery within 1-5 business days with delivery confirmation. Many items include FREE shipping! CrystalsCrystals.com's shipping charges and calculated by the weight of the each order. Items are shipped from Culver City, California. For orders shipped to California addresses the current sales tax of 9.50% will be automatically added during checkout. Overnight delivery is available. During checkout please add a "Note to Seller" indicating your shipping preference if it is different than USPS first class mail, delivery within 1-5 business days.

Confirmation of delivery with tracking is included for all shipments.

CrystalsCrystals.com assumes no responsibility for lost or unreceived packages if delivery has been confirmed at the destination by the U.S. Postal Service.

USE YOUR UPS, GSO, DHL OR FEDEX SHIPPING ACCOUNT: CrystalsCrystals.com can ship your order to you using YOUR preferred method of delivery. Add a note to Seller during checkout with the carrier and account number. If you request your purchase be shipped via your preferred delivery method, CrystalsCrystals.com customer service will obtain a Courtesy Shipping Quote for your shipment.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Item descriptions will include any special shipping requirements. Due to the value and rarity of certain items we offer, we ship the items "signature required" for added safety and protection to the delivery process for the buyer and for CrystalsCrystals.com.
There are no exceptions to this shipping requirement.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: Once your order has been funded and approved you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with details including your order number. When you order is shipped you will receive a confirmation of shipment e-mail containing the tracking information.


CUSTOM ORDERS: Contact Customer Service to arrange all specifics in advance and we will take it from there. We strive to make sure you are happy with your purchases and want the process to be convenient for you as well and you receive whar you want by the time you want it. If we are in doubt about any aspect of your order we will contact via e-mail for confirmation of details before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Next day air shipping is available. ALL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES related to iinternational shipments are paid by RECIPIENT.

COMPLETE MY ORDER: For orders that are on HOLD, to add additional postage, shipping charges or fees for additional items added use the COMPLETE MY ORDER button from CrystalsCrystals.com. Add a note to Seller with any additional information you want us to receive regarding your order. Questions regarding any aspect of your order can be directed to: Customer Service.

RETURNS: IMPORTANT: Please return items in the same condition shipped.

Items must be returned within five (5) business days of the confirmation of delivery date for a complete refund. Item must be received unworn, undamaged. Please allow ten (10) business days from the date we receive the return for processing of the refund. In the event of a requested credit, there is no processing time once the item is received unworn and undamaged. You may use your credit immediately! You may return an item for any reason - unless it is a final sale item. Final sale items can not be returned. We we want you to be happy with your CrystalsCrystals.com purchase(s).
